Architect: Integrus Architecture
General Contractor: Allied Construction Associates
Completion: 2015

Project Description:

The Odle Middle School replacement will consist of the complete demolition of the current school and replacement with a new two story school built on the existing play fields. The current design will utilize a number of high-efficiency upgrades including geothermal heating and cooling, photovoltaic panels, LED lighting, and large expanses of glazing to allow daylighting throughout the building interior.

Mission Glass will provide Ultra Thermal storefronts and curtain wall systems provided by Kawneer. The installation will also utilize a number of different glass types coated with Guradian's new SuperNeutral 62 low-e glass coating. Design features of the glass systems include custom fritted glass spandrel areas with an image of the major land masses on earth, as well as, custom Vanceva color-laminated interlayers to accent the building design with vibrant splashes of color.

The new Odle Middle School will bring the facility up-to-date and fit into the new scheme and updated look of the surrounding Bellevue area.
