The new Auburn High School project will be a complete replacement of the existing set of buildings that have outlived their useful life. The new design is meant to have a classic look, but incorporate new technologies to keep up with the tech-savvy methods of teaching that are making their way into the classrooms. Due to the complex scale of the project, and the need to keep students in the classrooms, the building construction will be broken out into two separate phases. Mission Glass will be installing storefronts, curtain walls, sunshades, and window systems all supplied by OldCastle Building Envelope. Glazing will be provided by Hartung Glass out of Seattle utilzing Guardian’s high-performing SN68 coated architectural glass.
