The Jefferson Park Golf Course has received the go-ahead to replace the existing clubhouse and driving range shelter on Beacon Hill. The new clubhouse will be two stories, with spaces for a pro shop, restaurant, youth learning center and banquet rooms. The clubhouse design is inspired by the Northwest and combines wood, steel, and large openings to the outdoors. The central lobby will be fully glazed with Kawneer storefronts and curtain wall systems. The new orientation of the clubhouse and the vast expanses of glazing are designed to allow as much natural daylight into the building as possible, increasing the interior comfort throughout the structure. The glazing systems utilize PPG’s high-performing Solarban 70XL provided by Hartung Glass. We look forward to working on another great project in the Beacon Hill area that is sure to leave an impact on every one of its visitors as they drive and putt their way through the updated complex.
