The existing two-story Antique Liquidators warehouse, originally constructed in 1919, was completely overhauled with the addition of three additional floors. Now occupying the space is CVS Pharmacy at the first and second floors with the headquarters of Compass Construction occupying the remainder of the building. The building is comprised of heavy timber construction, which is unique for a building of this height and one of the tallest of its kind in Seattle. The majority of the exterior facade is covered in curtain wall and storefront glazing systems, all fabricated and installed by Mission Glass.

This was one of the many projects Mission Glass and Pennon have teamed up on and was delivered with an accelerated schedule. In the end, the revised look provided a much-needed update to the building exterior, while the interior was able to preserve and display the existing timber construction of the lower floors, maintaining the historic perspective that had been in place for nearly 100 years.
