The DaVita Business Expansion project is home to the administrative campus for DaVita, a nationwide dialysis and kidney disease care provider. This new office building was designed to meet LEED Gold standards and be a flexible space to allow for future growth and expansion of the DaVita network.

Mission Glass collaborated with Mortenson, the Design Team and Ownership to meet key constructability and cost benchmarks, while still delivering a high-performing building with the aesthetic design touches that were inspired by the surrounding Northwest evergreen trees. The careful coordination through both design and construction resulted in a project that came in ahead of schedule, under budget, and without a single recordable injury throughout the duration of the project.
