This massive project transformed the existing Parkplace shopping center into a sleek, integrated, one-million square-foot mixed-used center situated on the 12-acre campus. Mission Glass had the opportunity to provide architectural glass facades for multiple phases of the project for both Ryan Companies and BNBuilders. The facade utilized a mix of retail storefronts as well as site-built and unitized curtainwall systems, the most-technical of which was a unitized curtainwall suspended from a Skybridge connecting two of the buildings.

The new campus provides a needed update to the community and numerous spaces for occupants and patrons to shop, dine, park and enjoy recreational activities. The campus integrates into the waterfront community by welcoming guests to explore ground-level retail at all sides, while balancing the need for growth and economic opportunity through the abundance of office space above. Mission Glass successfully delivered this project through careful collaboration, design assistance and precise fabrication and installation to ensure it remains a vital part of the community for decades to come.
