What a site this turned out to be! This project consisted of a main administration building, as well as three other maintenance buildings to serve as the hub for the utility system. With over 18,000 square feet of both interior and exterior glazing systems, there was a lot of work completed in a very short amount of time. Some of the notable features are the exposed cast-in-place concrete walls, interior sloped curtain wall vestibule, and custom-designed sunshade systems. The interior storefronts on this project also included a special acid-etch pattern on the glazing to provide a better sense of separation between rooms.
