Two of the three buildings included in the project used curtain walls and storefronts with both sunshades and interior light shelves to improve daylighting to interior spaces. The third building was a remodel in which we installed Milgard vinyl windows. The glazing selected for this job was a gray tinted glass with a Solarban70XL on south-facing facades and Solarban60 at all other locations. This required careful coordination throughout the process to ensure all energy performance requirements were met. One of the notable features includes the frosted glass covered canopies on an elevated bridge system.
