What a view! The Tioga Library renovation at the University of Washington Tacoma Campus provides a backdrop that can only be found in the Northwest, overlooking Commencement Bay to the east and lined by a silhouette of the Cascade Mountains. Installation included custom-painted full-height curtain wall systems along with windows and storefronts that made this a project that is sure to turn heads. Portions of the curtain wall were infilled with aluminum backpans to provide a seamless profile. The exterior cladding system also included a terracotta tile system with varying tones to provide added interest.
